Vaccuum tubes that changed the world (2020)

I'd also add the RCA 7835 (5 MW @ 200 MHz), Burhle 4616 (200k kW 200 MHz), and the Litton (12 MW @ 805 MHz) klystron. All currently in use at Fermilab.
