Ask HN: Is this a useful tool for product managers?

1 pointsby focuserover 1 year ago
Hey,
I'm building a tool for analyzing customer feedback at scale. https://usepainboard.com/. I think it's a useful tool for product managers especially if you have lots of customer feedback to make sense of. But to be honest, this is just a guess since I'm an engineer, not a product manager myself. So I'd really appreciate some feedback to point me in the right direction!
Here's the story of how it got started just in case you are interested. The initial inspiration was somehow different. I built this tool to scratch my own itch while trying to prioritize features of another app. There was a competitor who had lots of customer reviews. I was like "nice! but that's too much text to read and I should automate it". I built the first version in a weekend and published it. Then a client came to me and we started to focus on their specific use case. The current Painboard is the result of working with initial clients and tailoring the features for them. At this point, I think the features are generic enough and useful for a broader set of users. That's why I'm really eager to talk to you!
Thanks and happy Friday!
BTW: If you have some user feedback to analyze, such as customer reviews on App Store, I'm happy to offer a free analysis, in exchange of an opportunity to have a conversation with you.
