Qualcomm's Adreno 530, a Small Mobile iGPU

How does this wind up supporting DX 11.2 when DX only runs (natively) on Windows? Or is that just to say that the HW can fully support that spec, not that there is an actual driver implementation for it?

For reference this GPU is 8 years old.
