Ask HN: How to delete a cofounder match from the list of accepted invitations?

I received a co-founder match invitation in the Co-founder matching dashboard at YC Startup School, which I've accepted. Then due to some glitch I later received another message that their message was sent by mistake. How can I delete a co-founder from the accepted match list to avoid such system glitches?
