So, not sure if I should be happy or not about this. On the one hand, no one is actually using my startup's Twitter handle. However, it is suspended... which makes contacting the person who owns it very difficult it would seem (I can't go trying to get them to follow me / direct message with me).<p>Does Twitter happen to have any customer service? I looked around and it seems like many complain that they really have no email / phone # to contact with this type of help.<p>Let me know how I should approach this. Or if I'm just outta luck and the Twitter handle is gone forever. Until the suspension or handle is released I suppose.
