Nope. We’re either still getting the same salaries or zero. The post is about lowball offers, not declining salaries.

Have they? I suspect in reality it&#x27;s more of a correction to the early 2020&#x27;s hiring frenzy, which made a lot of people overestimate what sort of compensation they can command.

Just check levels, the Reddit hive mind is in full effect on this thread. It’s not nearly as bad as they make it out to be.
