Customer Support / Community Manager / Office Management
If you're looking to break into the startup world, but aren't technical, HelloFax has the role for you. We're looking for someone to pitch in on a variety of non-technical roles. This person will work closely with the CEO and will also work with the Head of Marketing. At any given moment, you may be:
- Responding to a customer email
- Building out the knowledge base
- Giving a webinar about how to use the product
- Monitoring social network accounts: Twitter, Facebook, Google+
- Contributing to blogs for vertical markets
- Developing/managing lists of friendly customers for press/marketing purposes
- Working with brand ambassadors and other part-time customer advocates
- Ordering lunch and managing office snacks and schwag<p>Up to 50% of the time will be spent on support, so previous customer-facing experience is a plus. But most important is a passion to do what is needed and be a vital member of the Hellofax team.
