I wonder if it wouldn&#x27;t be more effective for the Welsh government to just hand out money to the current mantainers so they at least can take it as a part-time job. The Welsh gov wouldn&#x27;t be able to take credit for it, but...<p>Preventing thins would be as easy as to put all courses behind VCS though. Someone fucks up, just roll back.
