Anyone else have troubles with CF support ?<p>We added two domains on the Business plan and have had nothing but issues because one of their DCs sometimes can't connect to us for some reason.<p>We opened tickets to investigate , 10 days ago(!!) and received exactly 0 replies despite asking for updates.<p>We had to disable proxying until we figure this out. There goes that 100% SLA they promise with the Business Package.<p>Anyone knows what's going on over there ? Do they only care about Enterprise customers ?
