That is a good interview, but the article title doesn’t really match what the Indian spokesperson is saying: India wants to be non-aligned, with friendly relations with other countries, and that they care most about their own neighborhood of the world. I am a US citizen, and in my opinion our uni-polar approach to the world used to make sense but not anymore. I would like to see my country change course, since I feel like the requirements for prosperity and safety have changed. We need to adapt, and the old neoconservative and neoliberal approaches no longer are in our best interests, or at least not in the best interests of our citizens.

Nowhere in the video does he say “we’re sticking with Russia”.
He has crafted every word with precision “strategic autonomy and non-alignment, we stand for peace”
That is what good foreign policy looks like.

Very smart fellow, 11 minutes of non committal statements :) He didnt say "We're sticking with Russia", he said "India is everybody's friend".
