&quot;...she received an email from team security in November that her membership was suspended pending an investigation for an alleged hate crime.&quot;<p>Does &quot;membership&quot; in this case constitute something paid in advance which she now cannot use? And does this membership include language that team security will scour all available information sources for a reason to suspend her membership even if that happened outside the context of a match and nowhere near the stadium?<p>If these are the parameters for banning someone from using a membership they&#x27;ve paid for then it&#x27;s only a matter of how much they want to search on every single person before <i>something</i> is found which justifies the club suspending their membership.
