Every time I go to the Amazon AWS portal using my password manager (Dashlane), which auto-fills the email and password fields in a fraction of a second, I get stuck in an infinite captcha loop. I answer more than 20 captchas and still can't log in.
So, I had the idea to edit the fields, remove a character, add it back, and continue with the login, and magically, I'm logged in without having to answer any captchas.
What kind of nonsensical security do they have? I don't have issues with any other site, and it works perfectly on Amazon itself.
I managed to log in again following a few days with failed attempts because of your post. Thank you! I use `xdotool` to autotype my email address and was also consistently presented with endless captchas that I couldn't get past. Now I just typed my email address by hand. No captchas. Seems pretty ridiculous indeed.
