Open source and login for Warp, the collaborative terminal

I&#x27;m curious if apps like warp can be profitable?<p>I also want to work on dev tools, but people keep saying that dev tools are not a good startup ideas, as devs don&#x27;t want to pay for tools and soon there will be open sourced replacement.
