Shaking down Twitch&#x2F;Amazon earlier via their &quot;pay to play&quot; cost on ingress traffic backfired, so they&#x27;re just establishing a price on access to SK citizens.<p>At least it&#x27;s not regulatory capture, right?

I wonder how much processing would be required to get something similar to YouTub&#x27;s Content ID system for twitch.<p>YouTube has it at least somewhat working for their livestreams but that surely wasn&#x27;t easy given their scale and the latency requirements for livestreams.
