isn’t the manager supposed to have some awareness of this, and be able to… help?<p>it is easier to care correctly when one stops caring quite so strongly. not always easy, typically feelings of not being heard, combined with perception of a problem, leads to higher anxiety.<p>not an issue with the link - rather it shouldn’t be necessary for an employee to need to stumble upon, or, worse, search for, some clue as to how to deal with poor management.<p>the problem is in fact the management, and the impact is poor communication, increased risk, decreased productivity, etc. good luck with that meeting.
