To me this seems not altogether dissimilar from the already common advertising practices in the food industry. Have you ever compared the dilapidated, tired sandwich you get from a fast food place with the image on the menu display? They use all manner of deception and trickery to make the picture look far more appetizing than what you're going to be served.<p>Things like motor oil as syrup, white glue instead of milk, or hair spray to simulate moisture.<p>What is the difference?<p>Don't get me wrong, I'm not on the side of the AI tricksters. Instead, I think we should be coming down on ANY advertiser that is illicitly altering the product in advertising.
