Create a step function map state which will run lambda function parallelly based on the count of input received to the step function. Table name and schema name will be passed to the step function. Lambda function should create table in redshift based on input received and load file from a s3 location to the newly created table

One tool I actually come back to, following this on twitter the dev is running to catch up with a lot of early interest in what's clearly a first version of something I find very interesting, the hierarchical presentation of results is usable and it's very quick, v2 is in the works could be really quite useful.
