Lawyers who voided Elon Musk's pay as excessive want a $6B fee

It&#x27;s not clear to me why Tesla would need to pay this and not the person that hired these lawyers?<p>And it&#x27;s odd that the shareholder has issues with a $56B payout but is fine for a $6B payout to its lawyers. Doesn&#x27;t make sense

I would think if Delaware Judge approves this payout, it will accelerate companies leaving Delaware as their incorporation HQ.

I’m no fan of Musk, but there’s clearly something very wrong here…
