For context,<p>I am currently staying in Europe. I have zero skills/talent BUT higher degree in CS from European Uni. I am unable to learn the local language here. Want to move to USA because there are many jobs available that I look forward to.<p>Yes, I am unhireable here in EU because I am not qualified enough. The reason I want to move to US is I can speak or at least pretent to speak English. Although my accent is horrible and people barely understand what I say, I have better chance in US compared to EU.
if you have an degree, you have at least a few skills. to migrate to the us you have to get an visa or get an visa from an company that vouches for you. Since quotas apply for these kind of visas you will have trouble getting one, especially since many companies have an hiring freeze or lay of people to look good on paper.
