We been trying for days now to get a regulatory bundle approved but have failed, we have uploaded:<p>1. Bank Statements (we NEVER Upload these)
2. ID of owners directors and owners.
3. Original certificates of Business Registry in our country there are ONLY digital copies. Happy to give them my login to the local business registry if that helps, yet they insists on certified ! How ?? Happy to give blood and a kidney !
4. Tax invoice from Accounting Service we use
5. Business Letter<p>Support:<p>So far whenever we contacted support it's been I'll just say meh.
We will write DETAILED POINTWISE 1..4 numbered questions and get "Elizabeth" replied in a vague and generic one to two sentence answer. Requesting her to answer each question we have individually,(some are a yes and and a no type question) in a very respectful fashion has resulted in ZERO support for 3 days now !<p>Questions:
a) Anyone have as proper Twilio support contact tips ?
b) Twilio alternatives ?
