From my reading, it punishes "racially aggravated harassment" directed against a specific individual. You can choose to express generic racist opinions and that wouldn't be prohibited by this bill.<p>I don't see very many "free speech fundamentalists" complaining about anti-harassment laws, so I don't see why this would be an issue.

So it's relatively fine to discriminate against people for most medical reasons, just not their melanocortin and melanin-concentrating hormone expressions.<p>This is a bad law.
