The beginning of the end for a one-off license it appears. I don't see why Canva would green-light V3 as a non-subscription service. And that makes me wonder if Canva will be able to compete with the likes of Adobe/Figma/Sketch.<p>The wording of the announcement is basically a forewarning that change is going to come sooner or later. I don't see this as a "charitable acquisition" by Canva.
