Everything made by American greedy corporations is already, "anti-diet" food. Even if it is low carb, low fat, low sugar, it is still full of so many chemicals our bodies retain water and inflammation!
I did an experiment. I ate Cap'n Crunch cereal for 7 days. In that 7 days, I gained 5lbs! I gave it up for 10 days and all that 5lbs fell off me. That was THE ONLY change I made.
They have to poison you, it's the only way to get you to see a doctor and get on a prescription so the corporations can make even more money off you until you die.

I'm trying to think of a single situation where there is something that people want to hear, but nobody to tell it to them, with all apparent sincerity. But failing. If there is a significant demand for the advice to do or believe whatever it is you want to do or believe, in the absence of censorship, there will be a supply.

American insanity. For shame.
