In short, the woke, DEI-infested ACLU fired a female Asian employee for making legit complaints about a manager, solely because he was black, and therefore immune from any and all criticism, in spite of the fact that her complaints are protected (under Section 7 of the NLRA). Instead of facing the music, they are trying to fight the NLRBs basic authority to defend her rights as an employee, and therefore harm protections for all employees.
