Im not a business person. What does this mean? Aren't accurate, honest audits valuable to a business? Knowing that amount of money in to a department is the same as amount out would be comforting to me. Those underlings are scraping a fraction of the cash flow for themselves.<p>But I may not understand what's going on here.
