I found the First Street climate abandonment report to be the most insightful of their very good reports, crystalizing something that I find so difficult to appreciate the implications of- that many of these risks, across fire, wind, flood, etc are property by property, and block by block. Tipping points, whereby groups not impacted take signal from those impacted, are the narrative fulcrum that a lot of climate reporting tries to find, yet the granular complexity makes it nearly impossible to distill them without over simplification.
