This is here and needs to be thought about deeply. It won&#x27;t ever go away even if it is &#x27;banned&#x27;. Countries will likely continue to develop this type of technology with the &#x27;hope&#x27; that they can begin and end a war in a few seconds and millions of golden BBs. The scary thing is that it may some day actually work as intended.
