Hey HN,<p>Excited to launch a new side project today. After leaving my startup at the end of the year, I wanted to hack on something with all the cool kid tools out there like React Server Components, Supabase, Tailwind, etc.<p>Over the last month there's been a groundswell of opinions (particularly on Twitter/X) around this "new" role of "Design Engineer" with lots of companies now hiring for it. It's still the early days so not everyone has adopted the term but think of roles like "ux engineer", "prototyper", "engineer that designs". As someone who identifies with this skillset, it was always hard to find these roles since there isn't common terminology.<p>Today that's changing and why I decided to build a job board solely dedicated to design engineers. There's already 40+ open roles in the database and more to come.<p>Check it out and would love feedback!
