Expensive rubbish that is not therapy!
Its disgraceful that a profession that entirely relies on confidentiality is allowed to process and sell client data to the highest bidder.
Medical information! Our most private histories that no one else on earth is privy to.
"Things you would only ever tell your therapist" because of the time taken to develop "Trust" and Confidentiality".
Online psychotherapy does not work. There is too much missing from the human to human interection.
How would you ever ask this question???
"can you tell me what your big toe is saying right now"?
YOU WOULD NEVER ASK THAT QUESTION BECAUSE YOU WOULD NEVER SEE THAT BIG TOE WIGGLING!
All you money grabbing therapists out there who use this system "Shame on you" for bringing my profession into disrepute.
Yes it is expensive to train as a psychotherapist, here in the UK it used to be about £100,000.
You will want to claw back some of that investment, but not to the detriment of your clients and profession.
I decided from the very beginning of my training that the people who needed therapy the most were the very people who could not afford therapy.
There is no such thing as Better Help.
