How would you describe it? Our work cycle is dominated by context switching between clients and billable hours. Very often we don't get enough billable hours to resolve technical debt. With this billing model keeping clients in a good mood becomes more important than doing what's best for them, and the former is difficult to quantify.<p>I try to answer these questions so I can better update my resume.
