I'm just wondering, in this phase where AI is being applied to almost any software, where may I find some good examples of applications that just do their work? I'm talking about open source but also great paid products that are not "hyped".<p>What I'd like to have is a collection of application that may be useful for people lurking/visiting HN.<p>What I do not consider a good application:<p>- if you force your user through a subscription, without providing a good option (e.g. no only-saas-software), but if there's a self-hosted option/lifetime license you may still post.<p>- if you force AI or use the data for training LLM<p>- if you use dark patterns to force users to do an action
