I love the David Friedberg startups. The previous one - Cana, a molecular beverage printer that didn't work out but could've replaced most of the beverages sold in stores was also wild. Perfectly foiled against Sack's AI slack clone or Jason's premium-offshore-assistant company which I am sure are reasonable bets but represent essentially the same tired wave-riding pseudo innovation we're familiar with.<p>With this I'm a bit worried that the food would be the same calories but would be ultimately less nutritious. This is one of the theories of rising obesity, where modern food is up to 70% deleted of micro-nutrients so we need to eat more to feel satiated.
