I can see why WFH is attractive for established professionals who have families. But for Juniors who don't have families it can be depressing to stay all day at home alone. It can't be good to miss out on informal conversations with senior developers where you can learn a lot. It's also much easier to build connections in person. If you don't work in close proximity it's harder to connect with people you don't directly work with, even if they are technically on your team.<p>I think hybrid model is the best option personally.
