It's been quite a while now and it doesn't seem to fade away. What and why does brain fog even happens and what can I do.
I used to be so quick in my words but now i can't even remember words that i used to use often. Not just that I find it every hard to focus(almost impossible).
If you have access to a medical professional, get them to prescribe you Ritalin and Wellbutrin.
https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/02537176231222572#:....
Dont take ritalin or wellbutrin they are amphetamines and will cause more trouble than they are worth.
Why do people always think medication is the answer? Its not!
Have they lost all sense of autonomous thought and responsibility.
Brain fog is such a catch-all term of many things.
Chronic fatigue, tiredness, the jab or simply catching flu could be the cause.
My recommendation:
Psychedelics = No brain fog
