I don't need more problems, I need solutions.<p>Not all software engineers are 10X creative individuals. Sometimes if you leave them without guidance, shit flies off the rails, making those who are actually 10x engineers have to work that much harder.<p>Also, for complex projects (perhaps dealing with multiple stakeholder groups), if you don't have some type of meeting, people a.) claim to be led by absentee management, b.) don't feel included, or c.) don't get access to the ever-evolving 'big-picture' - reducing effectiveness/quality of the end product.<p>I'm not saying there aren't issues with the scrum process. I'm just wondering what the solution is.
