We are currently building the MVP for our web app SaaS. Our main competitor is old legacy software from the 90s that most enterprises use right now.(10-15k$/month/license) We plan to follow the YC advice and ship quickly, iterate with a few first believers, and go on from there.<p>Someone told me I should pick one of the enterprises as a design partner and build the software for 1-2 years in stealth and then launch. Since there is a lot of regulation in the industry we are in I was thinking if this makes sense in that case as well.<p>I guess a lot of you have thought about this and have some strong opinions so would love to hear these from you.
