48 Years seems excessive. 10 years, maybe up to 20, including lifetime fines, but this isn't drug or modern slavery trafficking, manslaughter or murder.<p>Throwing around this kind of sentence really does demean other crimes' jail sentences and tell you were the justice system's priorities lie.
