For what it's worth, I recently played the 25yr release of Half-Life on Macbook Pro M1 using Parallels with Windows on Steam. I re-played the entire game over a few months, and it was a really great experience.<p>It's disheartening to hear that such an excellent game was kept from entire platforms because of what happened in that story.
What a crazy story. It's also surprising how Apple has misled and wasted Valve's time not only once but repeatedly.<p>Why won't Apple prioritize a stable graphics layer?
