I filled it out. Today, my main use of optical media is that I still buy music CD's, typically from indie artists at their performances. On numerous occasions I've asked them how to buy their stuff, so that the money actually goes to them, and not to a middleman. The answer is always the same: "Buy the CD." Some of these artists are not super sophisticated about online distribution.
Then I take the CD home and rip it onto my NAS using a USB optical drive.
None of my primary computers have a built in drive but I have an older computer that I don't use that has it (an old imac G4) so I answered "external".
I've used floppy disks more recently than optical media...
It was interesting to find out I skipped the blu-ray era. Went straight from CD/DVD to streaming, even if I still use audio CDs for my car stereo.
