I was an introverted person who minded my business but time passed and things changed. I knew to achieve something better I had to talk better and take the initiative.
So I started interacting on social platforms and started cold mailing and reaching out to people. I am now comfortable with having a chat but when it's a face call (even if it's casual) I always have that feeling in my chest which I only hope you understand and no matter how many times I have done this, I never get used to it.
I would like to know how you dealt/are dealing with it.
I would like to be the one to break the ice.
Thanks in Advance.
>How do you deal with the anxiety?
I don't like to think I have an attitude about it, but my real approach is summed up no differently than it is for Alfred E. Neumann:
What? Me Worry?
