Evict Your Darlings: Banish dotfiles from your home directory

I wonder what makes the author think it would be a good idea to use `config&#x2F;cache` as their cache root directory. A cache is not configuration.<p>Same issue with `config&#x2F;local&#x2F;state`: state is not a part of configuration.
