How to deal with the presence of many competitors?

Even in the competition for new terms, it's quite intense. Yesterday at 11 AM, I noticed a new technology that was surging on platform X, so I checked Google Trends and it seemed to be just starting, indicating potential for growth. I immediately went to register a domain name but found that .com, .org, and .app were already taken, so I registered a .online domain instead. I quickly started looking for a landing page template to build the website. Just now, after launching the website https://liveportrait.online and submitting it to GSC, I searched and found that there are already two other websites with the same new term online. One has integrated payment, and the other has a very professional-looking frontend, making mine the worst among them. The competition in AI tools is much fiercer than I imagined. Indie hackers, how do you deal with the presence of many competitors?
