I thought it was only western business journalists that got angry about low prices for things, but now I see it also present in Japan?<p>A market digging more stuff out of the ground and selling more of that stuff to people who build things for people to buy, and those people paying less money for their raw materials is apparently best described as &quot;market has remained in the doldrums.&quot;<p>Presumably, if they&#x27;d limited production and raised prices this journalist would be impressed with their business savvy because high prices for raw materials is &quot;good for business&quot; in some tragically short sighted way.
