A FOSS company that is supposed to be created with the spirit of "ubuntu" (the notion) in mind, should lead the community in humane practices in those areas.<p>Not be corporate creeps like that.

I was going to a special school at the time, actually I was being shuttled through multiple special schools. I didn't feel like doing homework. I didn't feel like participating in gym. I had a lot of other shit going on. So, are you going to remove these silly silly questions from your job applications? Because now you've made me extremely sad and unmotivated and uncomfortable and honestly Linux sucks so I'm going to go apply at Microsoft now bye!"
