Nova Flow OS: Linux Distro Based on KDE, MauiKit and OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

Maybe I'm too stupid to understand the description but I'm a bit confused on what's different about it vs regular OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. Is it just a skin on top based on the MauiKit framework to look nicer?
