Absolutely horrendous approach to on-boarding a new customer. After some time in limbo after creating a new ad campaign on X, we have been told this by their support:<p>"Hello, due to a policy violation, this account cannot be approved to run ads at this time. We are unable to provide further details to prevent potential misuse of our policies. Please rest assured that we have thoroughly reviewed the account and determined it to be ineligible. We apologize if this outcome is disappointing, but we hope this clarifies the situation."<p>So much for the freedom of speech and all that - something straight out of Trial.<p>Has anyone experienced anything similar? More importantly, X employees, how do you think this is fair at all?<p>Called out Elon Musk on X, but, of course, what are the chances he will even get this kind of signal...
