I think extradition agreements should have &#x27;same number of people in each direction&#x27; clauses.<p>Ie. If there are 10 people the US wants extradited, and 17 that the UK wants extradited, then 10 people go each direction, and the remaining 7 get tried in their local jurisdiction.
