Could you define "best"?I think it depends on your requirements. There are many tools available. Here are some I suggest.* Excalidraw <a href="https://excalidraw.com/" rel="nofollow">https://excalidraw.com/</a> + additional libraries for cloud entities* Diagrams.net, formerly draw.io* Lucidchart

If you use Atlassian Confluence, their draw.io integration is really nice.

i've always used draw.ioi can't say it's the best since I haven't explored much what else is out there so i'm curious to see other suggestions.
