I run a startup that uses LemonSqueezy to process payments. In the first week of July I submitted a migration request to transfer our customer data from LS over to Stripe. Since then, I've followed up weekly and only gotten silence back from the LS team. I've tried their Slack and other public channels as well. I recognize that LS has no incentive to help me move off of their platform, but it can't be the case that I am either trapped with them or forced to ask my customers to resubmit their payment data as I switch to Stripe. Meanwhile, several new features that we cannot implement without Stripe are completely blocked. What are our options here?
Haven’t used LS before? But can you try using their API to export customers and reimport into stripe? What you will not be able to do is import their card data. I don’t think any payment provider can do that easily. That is likely a compliance no no.<p>Also, if you also need your customers transaction data, that won’t happen, because you can’t just migrate that between providers.
