Hey HN,
We're looking for support engineers - basically, we call them Solutions Architects. It will be one of the most dynamic jobs you will ever have. It's part support engineering, sales, integration help, consulting people on what they should measure, and marketing execution. You will talk to our customers every single day. Sometimes it's a startup and other times the CIO of Apple. It just depends on the day.
If you apply, we'll let you talk to Geddes who leads our team internally and he'll tell you how awesome his job is.
A little about Mixpanel:
0. We're the most advanced analytics platform for mobile & web.
1. We raised $10.25M in May from Andreessen Horowitz. We took money previously from Max Levchin and Sequoia Capital.
2. We're primarily made up of engineers.
3. We care deeply about engineering, support, product, and design above all else.
4. Our vision is to help the world learn from its data.
5. We're in San Francisco with an office that has beautiful hardwood floors, windows, and an open floor.
If you're interested, feel free to email jobs@mixpanel.com or me directly suhail@mixpanel.com with how you think companies today should really do customer support.
Suhail
